This design is based on an antique embroidery sampler. It features an assortment of wild birds from around the world, all deemed to be endangered or threatened species. The birds are surrounded by a poem and other details naively illustrated in a stitched effect. The design is framed by a border of faux embroidery featuring alphabet letters and darning samples.
